HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

$3 standard shipping on orders below $40 in the U.S.

Free standard shipping on orders over $40 in the U.S.

Shipping calculated at checkout for all international orders.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and shipment. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following business day. Orders are shipped via USPS priority, upon shipping a tracking number will be provided via email.

 

WHEN ARE PARTICULAR ITEMS RELEASED?

Most of our items do not have set release dates. Please sign up for the N/A newsletter. You will receive email notifications each time we release a new product.

 

DO YOU GUYS RESTOCK YOUR INVENTORY?

We often restock. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site. If you are hunting for an out of stock product, please email info@na-nyc.com--we might have a couple of pair hiding in the warehouse.

 

CAN I GET A REFUND OR MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

If you were unsatisfied with your N/A  purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the order. You will be refunded to your original form of payment.

Note that the 14 -day limit does not apply to the time the package spends in transit, so express shipping is not necessary. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

WRONG ITEM SHIPPED?

In the event the wrong item is shipped, please email shipping@na-nyc.com. Necessary Anywhere will provide a return shipping label and rectify the order.

 

DECLINED CREDIT CARD?

We do not receive funds for declined transactions, though these charges may still appear on your account as pending or processing. Declined charges are cleared, after which those funds become available again. This process usually takes a few days.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes. If you do need us to cancel an order,

please email SHIPPING@NA-NYC.COM right away and be sure to include your order number in your request. We process orders very fast, but we’ll do our best to catch it before it goes out.

 

I PURCHASED AN N/A  PRODUCT FROM ANOTHER RETAILER. HOW DO I HANDLE RETURNS?

Unfortunately, we can only accept returns or address customer issues for purchases made through na-nyc.com
